** Booking Policy & Late Arrival

If you need to change your booking time or are running late, please call or text us 1-2 hours in advance.

If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment without notifying us (e.g., arriving after 2:05 PM for a 2:00 PM booking), we may need to cancel your session to accommodate waiting clients and prevent delays for our therapists.

Cancellations & Confirmations

Cancellations: If you cannot keep your appointment, please call or text us at least 3 hours prior to cancel.

Advance Bookings: If you scheduled your appointment 1 to 14 days in advance, please call or text us on the morning of your booking before or around 10:00 AM to re-confirm.
